M&M reported 236% year-over-year (YoY) sales growth with 26,904 units sold in May 2022 compared to 8,004 units in May 2021. M&M’s overall automotive sales for May 2022 were 53,723 vehicles.
In the commercial vehicle segment, M&M sold 26,632 vehicles in May 2022 with a jump of 244% year-on-year (YoY). For commercial vehicles, the company sold 21,149 vehicles in May 2022, and total exports for the month saw a 5% increase with 2,028 vehicles exported last month compared to May 2021. Overall, Mahindra & Mahindra has been on an upward trend. in the sales of its vehicles in different segments.

Mumbai-based entrepreneur and leading car dealer Karan Asrani is overwhelmed by the bumper sales of M&Ms throughout the year. Mr. Asrani is the CEO of Krishna Group, which is associated with Mahindra & Mahindra. Moreover, his company is associated with the other automotive giants like Mahindra First Choice, Tata Motors and My TVS.
While Krishna Group deals in the sale of passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles, Karan is excited about the launch of M&M’s Scorpio-N. The vehicle has already aroused great enthusiasm and is already attracting great interest from customers. The unveiling of Scorpio-N is expected to take place across India on June 27, 2022.
