OH MY GOD! It was the best car service experience ever. So much better and so much cheaper than the BMW dealership. No waiting to tell a “service advisor” what I need. No additional cost items ‘discovered’ during the 14-point inspection. No need to wait to speak to the “service advisor” and wait again for my car to be pulled.
